- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆Relevant info: I have a decent job and a decently high credit score. There were several points in the loan approval process when information was sprung on me rather than being up front and informing me from the beginning. Lots of cheap "I'm sorry"s and broken promises. I did what I could to accomodate their ever-changing requirements, but in the end I gave up. All of the requirements were things the loan officer was aware of prior to filing the loan; they just elected to only tell me as they arose rather than making me aware from the beginning and allowing me to make my own educated decision. Definitely wasn't worth the hassle and now I have a useless credit hit. Edit: Did return to another location. That experience went far smoother and I wasn't required to fill out pointless paperwork. As my experience with Jeremy was excellent and Nate was extremely poor, I have averaged the reviews I'd have given them individually.By Benjamin Crute, April 13, 2017
